The Layer Cages Of Kaf-San are produced under sensitive production experience of our company on automotive industry and ISO 9001 standard on metal sheet shaping. Our layer cages are available with two different cage dimensions; 50 cm x 60cm and 60 cm x 60 cm cage sections.
Following are the stages of a layer cage project :

In case that the client has existing building(s), setting the capacity and the number of tiers, rows and cage section per row.

If there is not any existing building, setting the optimum tier and row numbers according to the capacity that requested by the client.

Automatic Feeding System with Feed Wagons. The feed in the silos located outside the building is transferred to the feed wagons by means of augers. Feed wagons are located on the ends of cage rows and driven by motors with reducers. A feed adjustment apparatus is mounted on every outlet of the feed wagons on every tier. Feed wagons are towed by steel cables and wheels on the rails, which are located on the top of the cage rows.

Manure falls down to the Poly-propylene (PP) Egg Belts, which are located lengthwise every row. These PP belts are towed by motors in required periods (usually 3-4 days) and the manure is transferred to the discharging conveyors at the end of the hen house. All the manure inside the hen house is transferred to the outside of the building or to any transport vehicle.
